Booking website Travala is the first merchant to integrate Binance Pay. It is a new payment technology by the cryptocurrency exchange Binance running in beta. Citing the company announcement, news.Bitcoin.com reports that website’s users can now choose Binance Pay as their payment method. With this, they can book over 3,000,000 travel products such as flights, hotels, and others.
Thanks to Binance Pay integration, Travala users can pay directly with their accounts on Binance. According to the source, they can use euro or one of the supported cryptos, such as BTC, ETH, BNB, BUSD, or SXP. Binance Pay, currently in beta version, is a payment technology that would allow its clients to send and receive crypto anywhere in the world without conversion into fiat currencies.
Cryptocurrency payments are becoming more and more widespread. In particular, paying for food orders with crypto, withdrawing Bitcoin from ATMs, and making purchases online and offline with cards in cryptocurrency is no longer new. Recently, Austrian platform Bitpanda launched a Visa debit card in three assets. Users of the card will be able to spend fiat, crypto, and precious metals all from the same card. The card is available for pre-order for clients of Bitpanda living within the euro area.
